About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Team Member. As a key member of our restaurant team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and contributing to the success of our Popeyes' family.

  • Demonstrates knowledge of the brand and menu items: Stay up-to-date on our offerings and promotions.
  • Check food quality and food temperatures throughout the day to ensure the food is fresh and safe to serve: Prioritize food safety and quality.
  • Monitors Speed of Service to ensure delivery of guest expectations: Optimize service efficiency.
  • Ensures the restaurant is welcoming and clean: Maintain a clean and inviting environment.
  • Act with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promotes the culture of Popeyes: Uphold our values and standards.

  • Must be able to consistently carry products/boxes and miscellaneous weighing no more than 60 pounds: Ensure physical ability and stamina.
  • Consistently operate registers: Demonstrate technical ability and accuracy.
  • Consistently handle product preparation: Ensure food safety and quality.
  • Consistently kneel and follow proper lifting procedures: Demonstrate physical ability and safety awareness.
  • Frequently stoop to pick up supplies and trash: Ensure physical ability and stamina.
  • Consistently push to open and close door to store and storage shed as well as cooler and freezers: Demonstrate physical ability and stamina.
  • Consistently stand during serving customers and training: Ensure physical ability and stamina.
  • Consistently talk to and listen to fellow team members and guests: Promote clear and respectful communication.
