Job Opportunity

TalentCount is partnering with a well-established facilities management company to recruit a talented Bilingual HR Administrator. This role is pivotal in supporting their HR functions and offers a unique opportunity to contribute to various initiatives and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Process employee status change forms and ensure compliance with company policies.
  2. Research and respond to unemployment claims in collaboration with the HR Business Partner.
  3. Assist in gathering and organizing employee files for Workers Compensation cases.
  4. Oversee the renewal process and initiate new badging requests for employees in the Aerospace and Refineries sectors.
  5. Lead the preparation and distribution of labor law posters to ensure compliance with updated regulations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
  • Able to think critically and offer innovative solutions.
  • Strong desire to build a career in HR with a willingness to learn and prove oneself.
  • Willingness to travel out-of-state if necessary.
Salary and Benefits

$70,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. A comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
