Job Title: Multicultural Community Support Coordinator

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate individual to join our team as a Multicultural Community Support Coordinator. This role will provide support to residents in a multicultural and diverse environment, ensuring their needs are met and they receive the highest level of care.

**Key Responsibilities:**
• Provide one-on-one support to residents, addressing their concerns and helping them navigate available resources.
• Collaborate with other staff members to develop and implement strategies that promote resident engagement and participation.
• Conduct regular safety checks and identify areas for improvement in building facilities and services.
• Develop and maintain relationships with local community groups and organizations to access additional resources for residents.

**Requirements:**
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; higher education preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently.
• Previous experience working in a social services or supportive housing environment an asset.
