Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Strategic Marketing Lead to drive business growth and brand excellence for our multicultural clients.

As a key member of our team, you will leverage your expertise in marketing strategy, consumer insights, and data analysis to develop and execute winning campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and lead strategic initiatives across the 5 Ps of marketing (Product, Price, Place, Promotion, People) to achieve business objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Develop compelling marketing decks, briefs, and presentations that effectively communicate strategies and results to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and maximize campaign impact.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree required; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing planning at an advertising agency or client-side.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and brand excellence through strategic marketing initiatives.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
