Job Title: Marketing Manager

Etain LLC is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive product growth and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments.
  • Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration.
  • Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.
  • Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics.
  • Help develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-­facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets.
  • Conceptualize and execute on multichannel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging in all channels.
  • Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establish budget guidelines, participate in events, document business processes, and provide sales support.
  • Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads.
  • Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis and optimize accordingly.
  • Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
  • Mentor and guide junior marketing team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Bring best practices, templates, and experience to create consistency throughout the team.
  • Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new team members.
  • Supports the daily workflow of the marketing department.
  • Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations for all direct reports.
  • Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Experience can be substituted in lieu of a degree.
  • 5+ years of experience in product or retailer marketing.
  • Proven experience working in the Adult-Use and Medicinal cannabis markets.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and executing marketing strategies that drive product growth.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, including CRM, marketing automation, and analytics software.
  • Leadership experience, with a track record of mentoring and developing team members.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Additional Requirements:
  • Per state law, you must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Must successfully complete a comprehensive background check.
  • Must pass a drug screening
Work Environment:

This job operates in a professional retail environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers and phones.

Regular and predictable attendance is essential.
