A dynamic and customer-focused individual is sought to join our team as a Front Desk Agent at the Holiday Inn National Airport. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Service: Anticipate and respond to guests' needs in a friendly and professional manner, providing personalized service to exceed expectations. Process check-ins and check-outs, verify billing, create reservations, and process special requests.
Financial Results and Cost Control: Follow proper selling techniques to maximize room revenues, monitor room availability, and adhere to brand and company policies. Drive sales and revenue growth by up-selling rooms and amenities.
Self/Workload Management: Prioritize work duties, adhere to company procedures, and maintain a high level of productivity. Attend all required department and hotel meetings.
Safety/Risk Management: Maintain a clean and safe work area, adhering to company, brand, local, state, and federal regulations. Follow procedures for guest/team member incidents and be knowledgeable of hotel emergency procedures.
