About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at SalesFirst Recruiting-1. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share and increase revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
  • 3-10 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in sectors like fasteners, casting, or injection molding
  • High technical aptitude and a strong understanding of product life cycles
  • Self-motivated with excellent research and communication skills
