Mid-Market Sales Professional

The Mid-Market Account Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction in the mid-market segment. This role requires a strong understanding of telecommunications sales and a proven track record of success in managing complex customer relationships.
Duties and Responsibilities- Pursue additional business opportunities with existing customers, leveraging Segra's product suite to meet their evolving needs.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to position Segra as the provider of choice for mid-market customers.
- Manage daily customer account activities, ensuring timely issue resolution and proactive communication.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive revenue growth.
- Conduct quarterly account review meetings to assess customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
- 5+ years of experience in telecommunications sales or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in managing complex customer relationships and driving revenue growth.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software, with a strong understanding of sales analytics and reporting.
- Ability to design and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
