Mid-Atlantic Market Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Business Development Director to oversee and manage all aspects of our client's commercial concrete construction operations within the Mid-Atlantic region.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and profitability within the Mid-Atlantic region.
- Manage and lead a team of sales, marketing, and operations professionals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other business units and departments to ensure overall company success.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in business management, sales, or operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of the Mid-Atlantic market and industry trends.
