Key Responsibilities- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
- Process invoices, expense reports, and Pcard expenses
- Maintain confidentiality and organization in handling sensitive information
- Perform general administrative tasks, including document creation and meeting/event planning
- Assist with new hire onboarding and provide support to the Commercial Operations team
- College degree preferred or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of administrative work experience, preferred
- Experience with a global organization and ability to work across departments strongly recommended
