Impact Overview

The Field Sales Executive is tasked with the retention and expansion of the designated fleet portfolio, which includes municipalities, educational institutions, government clients, and the development of new dealer and end-user accounts in both emerging and established markets, as well as direct sales to a diverse range of fleet customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • For each active SVG account within the designated region, develop and oversee a strategic business plan to set clear and measurable growth objectives.
  • Identify and onboard new clients in priority growth markets; nurture sales opportunities with regional fleets to drive profitable expansion.
  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of the competitive landscape, encompassing product offerings, service locations, marketing strategies, and customer service.
  • Propose enhancements to internal and external processes to elevate performance in safety, quality, delivery, and cost efficiency for both internal resources and external clients.
  • Balance customer expectations with internal capabilities to ensure realistic commitments regarding costs and lead times.
Qualifications
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (Business, Industrial & Systems, Manufacturing, or Design Engineering) is preferred.
  • A minimum of three (3) years of experience in outside sales, particularly within the heavy equipment and crane sectors.
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry is advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel extensively by car, with occasional air travel.
