Field Sales Executive for Medical Supplies

Medical Z, a rapidly expanding medical supply enterprise, recognized for its excellence in the production, marketing, and distribution of innovative medical products, is on the lookout for a Field Sales Executive. This role will primarily focus on cultivating new business opportunities while also nurturing the existing client relationships within the designated territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential customers to drive growth in the assigned region.
- Serve as the liaison between clients and the company to facilitate expansion.
- Evaluate pricing strategies and contractual obligations.
- Monitor the competitive landscape to identify risks and develop strategies to address them.
- Prepare necessary reports and documentation.
- Travel overnight and on weekends as required.
Required Experience:
The ideal candidate should be based in Houston and have experience working remotely. A background of 2 to 5 years in outside medical or B2B technical sales, with a proven track record in acquiring and developing new client accounts, is preferred.
Essential Skills:
- Strong negotiation and influencing abilities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Valid US Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the US.
- No relocation assistance available.
Compensation and Benefits:
Competitive salary structure including a base salary plus a 6% commission on both new and existing sales. Additional benefits include a company vehicle, mobile phone, laptop, and a comprehensive benefits package featuring medical, dental, and 401(k) plans.
Work Schedule:
- 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday.
- Weekends as necessary.

Work Environment:
Combination of fieldwork and office meetings.
