Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage your own territory without the concern of micromanagement.
  • Build your sales pipeline through prospecting and in-person presentations.
  • Utilize a custom-designed CRM tool to connect businesses with local competing electricity suppliers while ensuring a fixed rate.
  • Collaborate with small to mid-sized enterprises in your local area.
  • Achieve success by providing support and maintaining open communication with your sales team daily.
  • Regularly update and follow up with clients through the CRM system.
Qualifications:
  • Enthusiastic about working in the field and establishing relationships with clients and businesses in your target market.
  • Aim to grow within our organization and enjoy unlimited earning potential.
  • Outstanding time management and organizational abilities.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Motivated to earn $75K+ in your first year.
Compensation Package:
  • $30K base salary PLUS uncapped commissions, cash bonuses, and exciting trips.
  • First-year on-target earnings ranging from $75K to $100K+.
