Inside Sales and Customer Support Representative Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales and Customer Support Representative to join our team at Aviation Laboratories Inc. This role offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction in the aviation industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales over the telephone
  • Acquire new sales by building relationships with existing and new accounts
  • Maintain client relationships and programs
  • Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate new markets
  • Prepare quotations, bids, and company/product presentations

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have at least 3 years of experience in inside telemarketing sales, a strong background in inside sales, telemarketing systems, and strategies, experience using contact management software, and excellent communication and presentation skills.

Estimated Salary Range

$42,000 - $52,000 per year, with opportunities for bonuses based on performance.
