About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Visual Merchandiser to join our team at Williams-Sonoma. As a key member of our visual merchandising team, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing store displays and maintaining a high level of visual standards throughout the store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to drive sales and enhance the customer experience
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve sales goals and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Provide training and coaching to sales associates on visual merchandising techniques and product knowledge
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including visual displays and back-of-house areas
  • Stay up-to-date on visual merchandising trends and best practices to ensure our stores remain competitive
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in visual merchandising or a related field
  • Proven ability to motivate and influence others through personal actions and examples
  • Effective communication, organization, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 75 pounds, and move merchandise as needed
