Job Title: Program Manager - Counter Threat Finance

Join Patriot Group International Inc., a leading global mission support service provider, as a Program Manager - Counter Threat Finance. In this role, you will lead our Global Counter Threat Finance / Threat Finance Intelligence program, supporting P.G.I. and our U.S. Government clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulate and enforce work standards, assign contractor schedules, review work discrepancies, supervise contractor personnel, and communicate policies, purposes, and goals of the organization to subordinate contractor personnel.
  • Manage the contractor support team across all elements of the mission programs.
  • Provide monthly contract status reports to responsible Government personnel, including the Government PM and/or COR.
  • Interface with CN> staff on the status of contract or T/O performance.
  • Coordinate program review meetings, including arranging for facilities and equipment, developing agendas, preparing attendance lists, and publishing meeting results.
Requirements:
  • At least ten (10) years of relevant senior leadership and program manager experience supporting the Department of Defense.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading project development from inception to deployment, expertise in the management and control of funds and resources using complex reporting mechanisms, and demonstrated capability in managing multi-task contracts and/or subcontracts of various types and complexity.
  • Relevant Masters' degree from an accredited college or university.
  • PMP Certification.
  • Experience with CTF/TFI and intelligence oversight.
  • U.S. Citizenship.
  • Must possess a valid U.S. Driver's License.
  • Candidates must provide DD-214 (Member 4 or Service 2) covering all active service periods.
  • Required Security Clearance: Possess and maintain an active TS/SCI Security Clearance for the duration of this effort and be willing to sit for a CI polygraph if required.
  • Physical Requirements: Must be able to pass initial and annual drug tests. Able to lift up to 20 pounds. Able to walk throughout the job site to meet with employees. And able to use standard office equipment including computer and copier.
