Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in training and development, preferably in a manufacturing setting
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as education, instructional design, or business
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in a related field
  • Experience with project management and budgeting
  • Knowledge of Lean principles and Total Productive Maintenance
  • Experience with training software and technology
