Nekia Nichelle, LLC is seeking a talented Advertising Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team in Chicago. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by selling digital magazine ad space to prospective and current advertisers aligned with our target demographic.

Responsibilities
  • Research and cold call prospective advertisers (national and regional) aligned with our target demographic.
  • Present advertising solutions and packages to prospective advertisers, following up via phone and email to close deals.
  • Build and nurture relationships with prospective and current accounts/stakeholders.
  • Effectively articulate and communicate our magazine's brand to match it with appropriate advertising partners.
  • Develop advertising proposals.
  • Manage and track advertising sales/client data.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly sales goals.
Qualifications
  • Professional experience in advertising sales (preferably magazine or digital ad sales) with a proven record of achieving or surpassing sales goals.
  • Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business, or Journalism preferred.
