Key Responsibilities

As a Risk & Security Account Manager, you will engage with Managers and C-Level Executives to identify their business needs, formulate strategies to mitigate risks, ensure compliance, and maintain security. You will play a crucial role in assisting clients in recruiting highly skilled professionals in this domain. This position offers significant opportunities for professional development through our premier training programs and career pathways in sales and leadership. You will also have the chance to network at industry events to promote our Risk & Security services. Acting as a liaison for clients, you will collaborate with various divisions, including Digital, DevOps, and Data Services, to address information requests such as proposals and inquiries, under the guidance of our Executive Advisors and Global Services teams.

Qualifications

Educational & Experience Criteria:

  • A Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related fields, or equivalent military experience, or 2-4 years of relevant professional experience in Sales (management experience preferred but not mandatory).
  • A minimum of 2 years of successful B2B outside sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in business-to-business global sales, particularly in selling services or intangible products, with a background in consulting services for major firms or within the security sector.
  • A foundational understanding and keen interest in Risk, Compliance, and Security principles.
  • Preferred experience in staff augmentation or service-oriented sales, especially within the IT industry.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • A strong sense of urgency, excellent presentation abilities, and a high standard of professionalism are essential.
  • A willingness to learn and adapt is crucial.
