We are currently seeking a skilled Account Manager to join our Self-Service division. This role is pivotal in driving the growth of our self-service capabilities. The Account Manager will oversee client relationships from initial platform evaluation through to the establishment of long-term service agreements, subsequently working to enhance clients' media buying strategies through our proprietary demand-side platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and nurture relationships with both new and existing self-service clients, ensuring a balance between strategic partnership and campaign-specific assistance.
  • Perform regular operational tasks to support client relationships, including billing and coordinating client communications.
  • Provide expert advice on platform capabilities and best practices for campaign setup, including structure, targeting, and pixel placement to ensure successful execution and client satisfaction.
  • Serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts, ensuring timely delivery of client commitments.
  • Participate in business reviews and collaborate with sales teams to enhance client relationships and increase AdTheorent's market share.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling based on performance and alignment with client needs.
  • Facilitate client requests by coordinating with relevant stakeholders across various departments.
  • Stay informed about developments in digital media and industry technologies.
  • Mentor Associate Account Managers by providing insights into daily operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree; degrees in marketing or communications are advantageous.
  • 1-2 years of experience in digital programmatic, media planning or buying, or account management in digital advertising.
  • Results-driven and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Self-motivated, confident, and enthusiastic approach.
  • Proactive in identifying new business opportunities.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Experience with demand-side platforms (DSP), Salesforce, and JIRA is a plus.
