Role Summary:
As a Client Manager in Personal Lines, you will oversee all client interactions and services within your designated book of business. This includes:
  • Pre-qualifying clients and assessing coverage needs.
  • Collaborating with Sales and Client Executives to secure and maintain business relationships.
  • Addressing client inquiries regarding billing and coverage options.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for existing clients and key stakeholders, ensuring all service requests are handled promptly and professionally.
- Maintain precise account records and documentation in line with agency protocols, confirming all relevant communications with clients and carriers.
- Process policy change requests and monitor their status, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of documents to clients.
- Conduct annual insurance reviews to recommend updates and enhancements to policy contracts, utilizing various communication methods.
- Prepare comprehensive Stewardship & Insurance Summary reports for clients within your book of business.
