Role Summary:
As a Client Manager in Personal Client Management, you will oversee all client interactions and services within a designated Personal Lines portfolio. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing client relationships by pre-qualifying, establishing, and reviewing coverage options.
- Collaborating with Sales Executives and Client Executives to secure and maintain business.
- Serving as the primary contact for all existing clients and responding to service requests, including billing inquiries and coverage options.
- Ensuring timely and professional delivery of client service needs throughout the year.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation in line with agency standards.
- Preparing and submitting policy change requests and monitoring their status.
- Conducting annual insurance reviews to recommend updates and enhancements to policy contracts.

Experience Required:
Applicants should have:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in the Property & Casualty Insurance industry.
- Prior experience in Property & Casualty support and client management.
Licensing:
A Property & Casualty License is required for this position.
