Role Summary:
As a Client Manager in Personal Client Management, you will oversee all client interactions and services within a designated Personal Lines portfolio. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Managing client relationships by pre-qualifying, establishing, and reviewing coverage options.
  • Collaborating with Sales Executives and Client Executives to secure and maintain business.
  • Serving as the primary contact for all existing clients and responding to service requests, including billing inquiries and coverage options.
  • Ensuring timely and professional delivery of client service needs throughout the year.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation in line with agency standards.
  • Preparing and submitting policy change requests and monitoring their status.
  • Conducting annual insurance reviews to recommend updates and enhancements to policy contracts.

Licensing:
