Job Title: Strategic Account Manager

Ranpak is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field
  • 3+ years of successful sales experience in national account manager position
  • Strategic selling capabilities with a demonstrated history of quota achievement
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, including presentation skills
  • Ability to access decision-makers in corporate environments and sell the product on the shop floor
  • Strong customer orientation and a solid grasp of sales metrics, KPIs, and performance measures
