Strategic Account Manager

Ranpak is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of successful sales experience in national account manager position
- Strategic selling capabilities with a demonstrated history of quota achievement
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, including presentation skills
- Ability to access decision-makers in corporate environments and sell the product on the shop floor
- Strong customer orientation and a solid grasp of sales metrics, KPIs, and performance measures
- A dynamic and collaborative work environment
