About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Guest Services Associate to join our team at Travel + Leisure Co. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring that our guests feel welcome and valued throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Warm Welcomes: Greet guests with a smile and a friendly demeanor, making them feel at home from the moment they arrive.
  • Guide Guests Through the Registration Process: Assist guests with check-in, issue unit keys, and provide information about the resort and local attractions.
  • Process Transactions: Handle cash and credit card transactions with accuracy and efficiency, following established procedures.
  • Balance Cash Receipts and Perform Bucket Checks: Ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Complete Check-Out Procedures: Verify that all charges and credits are reflected in guest folios and ensure a smooth check-out process.
  • Reserve and Confirm Reservations: Process reservations for individuals and groups, ensuring that all details are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Provide Room Rate Quotes: Offer guests competitive room rate quotes and assist with booking arrangements.
  • Respond to Guest Inquiries and Concerns: Address guest concerns and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Promote Teamwork and Quality Service: Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and exceptional customer service.
