Deliver Exceptional Guest Experiences

As a Guest Services Associate at Travel + Leisure Co., you will play a vital role in creating unforgettable vacation experiences for our guests. Your warm welcome, excellent service, and contagious smile will make a lasting impression on our visitors from around the world.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide warm welcomes and exceptional service to guests
  • Guide guests through the registration process and provide information about the resort and area attractions
  • Process cash and credit card transactions with accuracy and efficiency
  • Balance cash receipts, perform bucket checks, and complete other cashier/money handling responsibilities
  • Complete all check-out procedures and verify that the correct charges and credits are reflected in guest folios
  • Reserve and confirm reservations for individuals and/or groups
  • Provide guests with room rate quotes and respond to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communications and coordination with other departments

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a professional with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to solve problems with minimal supervision. You should have basic math skills, knowledge of proper cash handling procedures, and the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma or equivalent and one year of guest services experience in a hospitality environment or one year of customer service experience in a service or retail environment are required.
