Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Customer Service Representative to join our team at CSMC N. Robertson. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our patients and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries and concerns
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care
  • Utilize medical terminology and knowledge of insurance processes to effectively communicate with patients and customers
  • Stay up-to-date with changing insurance policies and procedures
Requirements
  • 1 year of recent experience working in an outpatient clinic or medical office setting
  • Ability to read, understand, and respond to detailed oral and written instructions
  • Experience with CS-Link/Epic
  • 2+ years' recent experience working as a Patient Service Representative
