Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at The Michaels Organization. As a key member of our community, you will provide exceptional service to our residents, vendors, and guests, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and professional responses to resident inquiries and concerns.
  • Utilize various communication channels to interact with residents and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Answer phone calls promptly and professionally, addressing resident needs and concerns.
  • Identify and assess resident needs to achieve satisfaction, confirming and scheduling appointments as necessary.
  • Enter resident service requests into our database, relaying information to work crews and supervisors.
  • Stay up-to-date on company policies, products, and services to provide accurate information to residents.
  • Maintain accurate records of resident interactions, inquiries, comments, complaints, and actions taken.
  • Alert managers/supervisors to significant resident issues and concerns.
  • Effectively communicate issues, problems, ideas, concerns, and work progress verbally and in writing.
  • Review files, records, and documents to obtain information for responding to requests.
  • Compile and generate reports as needed.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of administrative experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and our on-site rental system.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record.
  • Specific certifications required by law.
  • Pass a drug test screening.
  • Successfully complete all required courses, classes, and training provided by MMS.
Working Conditions

This role requires working 40 hours per week, including evenings, with occasional overtime hours. Routine sitting and walking are expected, and the ability to drive a company vehicle is necessary.

Salary Range

The targeted base salary for this position is $20.80 per hour, with individual pay determined by work location and additional factors.
