Customer Service Representative

We're seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team at Winchester Interconnect. As a pivotal point of contact for both internal teams and external customers, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with entering customer orders accurately and efficiently into the system
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including engineering, production, and shipping
  • Monitor order status and provide updates to customers
  • Act as the point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns, providing timely and professional responses via phone or email
  • Prepare and distribute sales-related documents, including quotations, invoices, and reports
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry and maintaining customer records
  • Maintain a strong relationship with customers and provide exceptional service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent; degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
  • Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably in the manufacturing or related industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Sheets, Docs, Slides)
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of sales processes and customer service principles
