Job Description

At Criteo, we are seeking a highly skilled IT Service Desk Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our global support team, you will be responsible for providing frontline user support to our New York office and other US and Brazil offices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the ticketing system for incoming requests and process issues efficiently.
  • Log issues and track progress, ensuring timely communication with users.
  • Troubleshoot and address workstation issues, basic network issues, and escalate to central teams when required.
  • Provide basic in-house training in MS Office applications and collaborations suite.
  • Manage workstation setup and deployment for new employees.
  • Assist with onboarding of new users and contribute to team knowledge management.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience in IT Service Desk environment.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
  • Good level of autonomy and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • US Citizen and native English speaker.
  • Knowledge of French or Portuguese is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft based operating systems and mobile phones.
