Qualifications:

  • A genuine desire to serve patients and families with the utmost care
  • Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Certificate, Diploma, Associate, or Baccalaureate)
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in chronic disease management or long-term care; hospice experience preferred
  • Requirements: Reliable transportation; ability to perform physical tasks such as sitting, standing, bending, and lifting at least 25 lbs.
