Core Laboratories LP is seeking a highly skilled Technical Specialist II to lead the digital transformation of our petroleum services Core Analysis and PVT/Fluid analysis business globally.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement QA/QC tools for operations to ensure data quality meets company standards and adhere to related procedures and safety protocols.
- Standardize PVT, composition, and chemistry analysis services offered across all petroleum services operations.
- Integrate and expand currently offered services in petroleum services, lead process improvement/reengineering activities for all core analysis and fluid analysis business.
- Champion technology by conducting on-the-job training related to testing procedures, equipment setup, and advanced testing techniques for Lab Technicians, monitoring to ensure a high degree of quality control within the test lab.
Position requires domestic travel 20% of the time.
Requirements:- Bachelor degree in Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in the job offered or in a Technical Specialist-related occupation.
