  • Manage appointment schedules with Field Tech Support III
  • Assist with dispatching technicians
  • Manage equipment assignments and returns

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field
  • Proven dispatching skills
  • Experience working with clients rather than consumers
  • Previous experience in handling technical queries
