The Technical Customer Service Representative II will play a crucial role in ensuring effective communication and coordination between users and technical support. This position involves confirming device availability, providing timely updates to users on their equipment status, scheduling onsite visits, and managing appointments with field technicians.
Key Responsibilities
- Confirm device availability with Tech Support II
- Ensure timely updates to users regarding the status of their equipment
- Schedule onsite visits and deliveries
- Coordinate end-users for appointments
- Manage appointment schedules with Field Tech Support III
- Assist with dispatching technicians
- Manage equipment assignments and returns
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field
- Proven dispatching skills
- Experience working with clients rather than consumers
- Previous experience in handling technical queries
