  • Curative experience with a title company.
  • Ability to multitask and work quickly and independently.
  • Customer service driven and committed to teamwork.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with borrowers, partners, and third parties.
  • Demonstrated customer service skills and knowledge of title and mortgage documents.
  • Previous mortgage/title industry experience and a proven track record of strong quality and productivity.
  • Experience in a multi-state operation and managing a pipeline of transactions.
  • Strong Word and Excel skills.
