Senior GenAI Enterprise Sales Director, West Coast USA

Databricks is seeking an experienced Senior GenAI Enterprise Sales Director to lead our sales efforts on the West Coast of the United States. This role will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in this key region.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the AI/ML space and a proven track record of success in enterprise sales. They will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that aligns with Databricks' business objectives and identifying new opportunities to drive growth.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth in the West Coast region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and partners to identify new opportunities and expand existing business.
- Recruit, manage, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies to stay ahead of competitors.
**Requirements:**
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, with a focus on AI/ML and data analytics.
- Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and expanding customer bases.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and manage high-performing sales teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as computer science or engineering.
**Salary:** $150,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience.
