Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health Services Manager to join our team at Dungarvin. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for ensuring that each participant receives high-quality, individualized health care and medication management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Train Staff: Provide guidance and oversight to Health Services Professionals, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional care.
  • Medication Management: Collaborate with Dungarvin's designated Pharmacy to ensure accurate and up-to-date medication administration, labels, and documentation.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor and report on medication errors, ensuring compliance with Supported Community Living (SCL) regulations and Dungarvin's policies.
  • Communication and Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for staff and participants, addressing medication-related questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Office and Field Work: Assist with administrative tasks and provide support in residential homes as needed.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: High school degree or equivalent required; previous supervisory experience and knowledge of medical administration and documentation preferred.
  • Flexibility and Availability: Ability to work on-call and be flexible with scheduling.
