Position Overview:
- Manage and organize appointments for team members.
- Oversee the maintenance of the company website and email communications.
- Coordinate the company calendar or specific schedules for designated employees.
- Assist clients or visitors with inquiries and guide them to the appropriate office locations.
- Demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients, insurance providers, and colleagues.
- Handle incoming calls and relay messages from parents and/or insurance representatives.
- Support data entry processes, client onboarding, and the orientation of new staff members.
- Monitor office supply inventory and place orders as necessary, ensuring general office maintenance.
- Process incoming invoices and payments efficiently.
- Participate in office meetings or webinars, taking notes and/or drafting meeting minutes for future reference.
