At Leap Inc., our retail teams are essential to our success. We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Store Manager for our ThirdLove boutique. This role involves building and leading exceptional store teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences while driving store performance to meet business objectives.

Leap Inc. specializes in launching and managing data-driven retail environments for contemporary brands, ensuring enhanced performance with minimized risks. We proudly partner with a variety of pioneering brands, including ASTR the Label, ThirdLove, Rent the Runway, and many others.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspire and lead a team to create memorable in-store experiences while fostering a positive atmosphere.
  • Develop, implement, and manage action plans to boost sales and enhance client engagement.
  • Recruit and onboard top talent for all store positions, including Sales Associates and Supervisors.
  • Oversee store standards by assigning tasks related to cleanliness, visual merchandising, and operational duties such as inventory management.
  • Plan and execute successful in-store events and assist with new store openings as required.
  • Adapt to and utilize new technologies and systems; familiarity with platforms like Shopify and Google Office is advantageous.
  • Work independently and efficiently under pressure, ensuring the completion of store opening and closing procedures.
  • Manage team scheduling while effectively overseeing payroll.
  • Maintain a flexible work schedule to accommodate business needs, including evenings and weekends; full-time commitment of 40 hours per week is required.
  • Possess a minimum of 2 years of direct management experience.
  • Have at least 3 years of experience in customer service or retail, preferably in a related field.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Maintain an active presence on the sales floor, including prolonged standing and walking.
  • Comfortable using ladders and capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
