Key Responsibilities:
  • Motivate and influence a team to craft unforgettable in-store experiences while nurturing a positive atmosphere.
  • Develop, implement, and execute strategic plans to boost sales and enhance client engagement.
  • Attract and recruit exceptional talent for all store roles, including Sales Associates and Supervisors.
  • Maintain high store standards by assigning tasks related to cleanliness, visual presentation, and operational duties (inventory management, tagging, receiving and processing shipments).
  • Design and execute successful in-store events and assist with new store launches as required.
  • Embrace continuous learning and leverage new technologies and systems; familiarity with platforms like Shopify, Endear, Slack, and Google Office is advantageous.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work autonomously and effectively under pressure, ensuring the completion of store opening and closing procedures.
  • Manage team scheduling while overseeing payroll efficiently.
  • Maintain a flexible work schedule to accommodate business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays; a commitment of 40 hours per week is expected.
  • Possess a minimum of 2 years of direct management experience.
  • Have at least 3 years of experience in customer service and/or retail, preferably in a related field.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Maintain an active presence on the sales floor, including standing and walking for extended periods.
  • Comfortable using a ladder and able to lift up to 50 pounds.
