Key Responsibilities:

  • Coach and develop your team, ensuring a positive and enjoyable work environment that drives financial success.
  • Assist in managing business operations, including P&L accountability and sales forecasting.
  • Oversee general operational needs, such as ordering supplies and organizing store events.
  • Support the manager in hiring, training, and developing an exceptional team.
  • Open and close the store, consistently adhering to Knix standards.
  • Report on daily sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Create a welcoming and uplifting experience for all customers.
  • Stay informed about our expanding product offerings and embody our brand.
  • Ensure effective merchandising of products to reflect our brand and boost sales.
  • Address any issues or opportunities that arise with confidence and accuracy.
  • Continuously work to enhance cleanliness, organization, and setup throughout the store.
  • Facilitate the purchase and return/exchange process through the POS system.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in a retail management role.
  • 1+ years of experience in planning and executing community events.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • A warm demeanor with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Resourceful with a strong ability to resolve customer concerns.
  • Previous experience with POS systems is considered an asset.
  • A genuine affinity for our product line and belief in the Knix mission.
  • Open availability is required to accommodate business needs.
