Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Compensation Analyst II to assist with the development and administration of competitive and legally compliant provider compensation programs. The successful candidate will provide analytical and research support to ensure our compensation programs are competitive and cost-effective.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct research and analyze data to prepare recommendations on compensation techniques, methods, and practices.
  • Provide administrative support for all provider compensation programs.
  • Serve as an internal resource for questions on selected company salary administration and incentive programs.
Requirements
  • BS/BA (or equivalent education, training, or experience).
  • Two to five years of related professional experience.
  • Solid working knowledge of advanced compensation techniques, practices, and regulations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to review and synthesize large quantities of data.
