Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Senior Provider Compensation Analyst to join our integrated compensation team. As a key member of our team, you will design, develop, and administer assigned compensation programs, ensuring consistency and compliance across the organization. Your expertise will guide local decision-making on full-range compensation matters, and you will partner with HR, finance, and business leaders to ensure business needs and objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and administer provider compensation programs, including data gathering, compensation calculation, and reporting.
  • Prepare reports and analyses on program affordability, cost, and effectiveness, making recommendations for future initiatives.
  • Maintain databases in Excel and Access to support provider compensation programs, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Interact with internal and external parties to understand factors affecting business data and possible sources of variation.
  • Participate in data collection, submission, and evaluation of compensation surveys.
  • Conduct market analysis for physicians and APCs using survey data and guidelines.
  • Assess and review compensation issues, such as salary offers for new hires, promotions, and variable pay needs.
Requirements
  • BS/BA in business, finance, human resource management, or data analytics (or equivalent education, training, or experience).
  • Five to seven years of compensation experience, including program development, design, analysis, and implementation.
