Senior Medical Office Administrator

CHI is seeking a seasoned Senior Medical Office Administrator to lead our medical clinic team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of the clinic, managing staff, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
You will work closely with clinic administration to develop and implement performance goals and objectives, and assist with the planning and development of long-range plans.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of medical office operations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
