Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Medication Administration Specialist Lead to join our team at Dungarvin. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the medication administration process, ensuring that all medications are accurately documented and up-to-date. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to work effectively with a team to deliver high-quality healthcare services.

Responsibilities
- Supervise Health Services Professionals
- Assist with answering questions and concerns
- Provide ongoing training and in-services to staff
- Work with Dungarvin's designated Pharmacy to ensure accurate and up-to-date medication documentation
- Check in all medications for each individual and ensure they are correctly delivered to each home for each individual on a weekly basis

Requirements
- High school degree or equivalent required
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Flexibility to be on call when needed
- Must have knowledge of medical administration and documentation
- Minimum 2 years-experience in office administration and computer experience preferred

Benefits
- Competitive salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience
