Nursing Services Coordinator Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to join our Phoenix Senior Living team as a Nursing Services Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing clinical quality assurance programs, monitoring medication administration, and maintaining accurate resident records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement personalized service plans (PSPs) for residents
  • Monitor and report changes in resident care needs, including medication administration and documentation
  • Lead and participate in ongoing education and training initiatives
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident records

Requirements:
A minimum of one year of experience working with elders or disabled individuals, preferably in Assisted Living or Skilled Nursing. Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse with demonstrated leadership capabilities, knowledge of state regulations, and proficiency in MS Office. Ability to work weekends, evenings, and flexible hours. Estimated salary: $75,000 - $90,000 per annum.
