Key Responsibilities- Guest Service: Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring that all guests feel welcome and valued.
- Front Office Operations: Manage the front office team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Revenue Management: Work closely with department managers to maximize revenues and control labor and productivity.
- Emergency Response: Respond to emergency situations and work with local authorities as needed.
- Expense Management: Monitor departmental, payroll, and supply expenses in accordance with budgetary goals.
- Associate Management: Review work assignments of employees, make adjustments as business needs, and provide feedback and coaching to ensure high performance.
- Training and Development: Facilitate departmental training modules, continually monitor, evaluate, and revise training content to reflect changes in the process.
- Incident Reporting: Prepare and submit incident, accident, or injury reports as needed.
- Payroll and Timekeeping: Process timecards and payroll as required.
- Compliance and Safety: Follow 4 Keys service standards, standard operation procedures, and safety standards, and adhere to all hotel policies and procedures.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in a front office or customer service role.
- Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Language: Fluency in English required.
