Job Overview

The Event Coordinator at Elle Seller plays a crucial role in the conception, organization, and execution of corporate gatherings, including product unveilings, client engagements, and internal events. This position demands exceptional organizational capabilities, meticulous attention to detail, and the capacity to juggle multiple initiatives concurrently while ensuring that all events resonate with the company's objectives and branding.

Compensation:

$1150 - $1350 /week

Full-time

Work Environment:

This position requires in-office presence within the next 3 weeks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and manage all facets of corporate events, from initial planning to final execution.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales departments to ensure events align with overall business strategies.
  • Create and manage event budgets, schedules, and logistical frameworks.
  • Identify and oversee vendors, including catering services, venues, and equipment providers.
  • Supervise event setup, execution, and teardown, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Coordinate event registration and manage attendee communications, including invitations and follow-ups.
  • Handle on-site event management, addressing any challenges that may arise.
  • Compile post-event evaluations to assess the success of events and recommend enhancements for future initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Prior experience in event planning or coordination is advantageous.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in event management software and tools.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and meet stringent deadlines.
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends as required for events.
