Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all facets of corporate events, from the initial idea to final execution.
  • Work closely with marketing and sales departments to ensure events align with broader business goals.
  • Create and manage event budgets, timelines, and logistical arrangements.
  • Identify and coordinate with vendors, including catering services, venues, and equipment providers.
  • Supervise event setup, execution, and teardown, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Handle event registration and manage communications with attendees, including invitations and follow-ups.
  • Provide on-site management during events, addressing any issues that may arise.
  • Compile post-event evaluations to assess success and recommend enhancements for future events.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, or a related discipline.

  • Strong project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with event management software and tools.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends as required for events.
