Wine Industry Sales Professional

PRP Wine International is a leading provider of fine wines to clients across the USA. We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Branch Manager Trainee.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for learning all facets of the company and the position, with training occurring in our Tampa office over a 6-month period. Following training, the candidate will be promoted to a Branch Manager position within one of our 17 markets in the US.
Key Responsibilities:
- Learn and understand the company's approach to wine enjoyment at home
- Develop skills in sales, marketing, and customer relationship management
- Build long-term relationships with clients through personal interaction
- Participate in community functions and events, including evenings and weekends
- Meet sales goals and be rewarded for delivering results
Requirements:
- Must be 21 years or older
- Must be willing to relocate to a new market after 6 months of training
- College degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 1-2 years of B2B or B2C sales experience preferred
- Experience hiring and training new talent is a plus
- Wine knowledge is a plus
