Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Branch Manager Trainee to join our team. As a Branch Manager Trainee, you will have the opportunity to learn all facets of the company and the position, with training occurring in our Tampa office over a 6-month period. Upon completion of training, you will be promoted to a Branch Manager position within one of our 17 markets in the US.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with a passion for the wine industry. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth. If you are a self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to drive sales growth
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives
  • Participate in community functions and events, including evenings and weekends
Requirements
  • Must be 21 years or older
  • Must be willing to relocate to a new market after 6 months of training
  • College degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • 1-2 years of B2B or B2C sales experience preferred
  • Experience hiring and training new talent is a plus
  • Wine knowledge is a plus
  • Must have reliable transportation to travel to appointments
  • Must be willing to work nights and weekends when necessary
Compensation
  • $45,000 - $70,000 annually
