About the Role

Mohawk Industries is seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our Pacific Northwest region as Regional Vice President of Sales. This is an exceptional opportunity to drive business growth, develop strategic partnerships, and build a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, manufacturing, and marketing, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and industry associations to drive business growth and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • 7-10 years of sales experience, preferably in a leadership role, with a proven track record of driving business growth and developing high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze complex data, identify opportunities, and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel frequently, as required, to meet with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
